Delivery of “Diploma” to every member of the “Choral Group”.

 

Delivery of “Pins” of Lloret de Mar to all the participants.

Excursion to Barcelona.

– City visit.

- Return to hotel planned for 06.00 p.m. *
      

Professional guide provided free of charge by Ruga Travel Groups.

Performance by the “1st Sector Bands” in the order given in the  “Programme of the Event”

Performance by the “2nd Sector Bands” in the order given in the  “Programme of the Event”.

 

All performances all the exhibitions will be carried out at the Evenia Hotel Congress.

Performance by the “3rd Sector Bands” in the order given in the  “Programme of the Event”

 
21.00 p.m.
 

Congregation of all participating groups  at the “Evenia Hotel Congress”.

 
“Short” farewell exhibition of all “Choral Groups”.


Delivery of a commemorative “Placa” souvenir of the international Festival for every Choral Groups, the “Placa” souvenir will be given by representatives of the local municipality.
 
Tuesday

 		 09.00 p.m.

Excursion to Monserrat: Ancient monastery situated at 1235m above sea level, where the Black Madonna is venerated. *


Professional guide provided free of charge by Ruga Travel Groups.
 
Wednesday
24- 10- 09
 

All “Choral groups” make their return journey home.

*The “group” can choose other excursion. The Organization will supply in any case the “professional guide” as this program mention it.
 

They are to disposition of the "Choral Groups" number eight "rooms" for "heating voice"
 

The Municipal Tourism Office of Lloret de Mar reserves the right to make necessary changes to the programme due to events beyond its control.
