- Arrival of “Groups” in Calella at the “Meeting Point”.

– Distribution of detailed programme of the event

– Accommodation in Hotels

– Presentation of the Hostess who will assist the “groups” for   

   the whole of their stay.
– Distribution of one free ticket person to entry in disco.
 


Sunday

21.00 p.m

 

Performance of all the “groups” at the “Carpa Playa di Calella”.  Every member of the group who takes part in the performance will receive three mugs of beer.

 

Monday
15- 06- 09
 

21.00 p.m.

 

 

 Performance by “1st sector Groups” at “Carpa Playa di Calella”.

Every member of the group who takes part in the performance will receive three mugs of beer.
 

Tuesday

16- 06- 09

 

 09.00 a.m.

Excursion to Barcelona. – City visit.

-Return to hotel planned for 06.00 p.m. *
       Professional guide provided free of charge by Ruga Travel Groups.

 

Wednesday
17- 06- 09
 

 15.00 p.m.

  Meeting of all “group leaders” – “Parade” organisers.
 
16.30 p.m.

Parade by all “groups in the Historic Centre of Calella (casco di Calella) - “passacalle” performance.

 
21.00 p.m.

Performance by “2nd sector Groups” at “Carpa Playa di Calella”.


Every member of the group who takes part in the performance will receive three mugs of beer.
 

Thursday
18- 06-09
 

 09.30 a.m.

Excursion to Monserrat: Ancient monastery situated at 1235m above sea level, where the Black Madonna is venerated. *


Professional guide provided free of charge by Ruga Travel Groups.

 
21.00 p.m.

- Performance by “3rd sector Groups” at “Carpa Playa di Calella”.

Every member of the group who takes part in the performance will receive three mugs of beer.
 

Friday
19- 06- 09
 

 21.00 p.m.

Joint meeting of all “Groups” at “Carpa Playa Calella”. 
 

“Short performance of greeting” – “SEE YOU SOON COCKTAILS”!!!!!!
 

Delivery of a commemorative “Placa” souvenir of the international Festival.
 

Delivery of “Diploma” to every member of the “group”.
 

Distribution of the commemorative souvenir will be given by representatives of the local municipality.
 

Saturday
20- 06- 09
 

  All “groups” make their return journey home.
 

* The “group” can choose other excursions. The Organization will supply in any case the “professional guides” as this program mentions it.
 

The Municipal Tourism Office of Calella reserves the right to make necessary changes to the programme due to events beyond its control.
